Todd Walter has 30 years of experience in power generation and rehabilitation projects. He is a project management expert and has extensive experience directing large-scale projects through design, manufacturing, construction and start-up phases.
Proficient in developing stakeholder relationships, Todd is a successful negotiator who has obtained numerous utility and power generation contracts. He has a proven record of community interaction and support.
Todd is committed to protecting the environment by minimizing effluent and greenhouse gas emissions wherever possible. His green energy expertise includes small and large-scale biomass, syngas waste-to-energy and waste heat recovery systems.
Don Neal, P.Eng
Vice President Engineering and Construction
With over 40 years of experience as a mechanical engineer, Don Neal has broad knowledge of power generation in the oil & gas, pulp & paper, and mining industries. His specialty is preventative maintenance.
Don has led multiple projects from initial engineering to start-up and commissioning in North America, Europe and Asia.
In addition to boiler and power plant design, Don’s expertise includes construction supervision, contractor negotiations, equipment inspection and life-cycle assessment. When engineering boiler re-designs and retrofits, performance optimization is always a top priority.
